What riders order

Rockers and back patches
A full back is usually three pieces: a top rocker, a centre patch and a bottom rocker. Each piece counts as its own design. Splitting it this way keeps each piece a sensible size to stitch and to sew on. One large single back patch is also possible.
Back pieces are big. Anything above 4.5 inches is quoted individually, so send the sizes with your artwork and we will price each piece. Small front patches use the normal grid below.
Before you design club colours
Patch layouts carry meaning in riding culture. A three-piece back with “MC” is read as a motorcycle club, and some established clubs object to new clubs wearing it in their area. If you are a riding group rather than a club, many groups use a single centre patch or a two-piece layout. Sizes and pricing
Embroidered biker patches start at $0.75 a piece for small front patches. Size is the average of height and width, so a 4 by 1 inch name patch is priced as a 2.5 inch patch. Every backing is included.

Backings for vests and jackets
Sew-on is the standard for vests and leather jackets. Leather does not take an iron-on backing well, and heat can mark it. Hook backing suits riders who move patches between a vest and a jacket. See how to sew on a patch.

Honest limits: thread is matched as closely as thread allows, so a small shift against a printed Pantone chip is normal, and very fine detail is flagged on the proof before you approve it.

What is the minimum order for custom biker patches?
50 pieces per design. Each rocker and the centre patch are separate designs.
Can you make a single large back patch?
Yes. Large patches are quoted individually. Send the size and artwork and we will price it.
Can you match our club’s existing patches?
Yes. Send a clear photo with a ruler in shot. We redraw it and you approve the proof first.
Should I sew or iron patches onto a leather vest?
Sew them. Iron-on adhesive does not bond well to leather, and the heat can damage it.
