Custom Velcro patches for backpacks let you put your logo, team name or unit mark on a bag and swap it whenever you like. We make them in PVC, embroidered and woven, with the hook side already fitted, from 50 pieces.
How Velcro patches work on a backpack
The patch carries the stiff hook side on its back. The bag carries the soft loop side. Many tactical, travel and school backpacks already have a loop panel sewn on the front or the top flap — if yours does, the patch presses straight on. If not, a loop panel is sewn to the bag once, and after that patches come and go in seconds. How to do that is in how to sew on a Velcro patch.

Common questions
Do Velcro patches stick to any backpack?
Only to a backpack with a loop (soft) panel. If the bag has none, a loop panel has to be sewn on first. Hook will not grip plain nylon or canvas.
Which side of the Velcro goes on the patch?
The hook (stiff) side goes on the patch and the loop (soft) side on the bag. That way the soft side is what touches clothes when no patch is fitted.
What is the best material for a backpack patch?
PVC for anything that lives outdoors or gets wet — it is waterproof and wipes clean. Embroidered for a classic look at the lowest price.
What size are backpack Velcro patches?
2 × 3 inches is the most common size and fits most loop panels. Round and square logo patches are usually 3 inches.
What is the minimum order?
