Per-unit pricing for standard embroidered patches with up to 50% embroidery coverage, a twill background and a merrowed border. Chenille, leather, woven and PVC are quoted from the same table with a style uplift.

Prices are per patch and include digitizing, up to 9 thread colours, twill backing and a merrowed border. Add 15% for 100% embroidery coverage or specialty threads. Quantities above 1,000 and sizes above 4.5 inch are quoted individually, up to 10,000 units.

BACKINGS
Pick your backing.
The backing decides whether a patch is permanent, removable or temporary — and some fabrics reject adhesive outright. Tell us the garment on the quote form and we will say which of these actually holds on it.
- Iron-On (heat seal)Fast, tidy, and permanent enough on cotton and cotton blends.
- Sew-On (plain back)The one that outlives the garment. Standard for uniforms.
- Velcro (hook & loop)Removable by design — tactical, service and swappable ID patches.
- Peel-n-StickTemporary placement for events, samples and photo shoots.

Left chest embroidery, done properly
Polos embroidered to your artwork in the colours you pick, with the left-chest position measured from the shoulder seam rather than eyeballed. Small batches for a team and bulk runs for a uniform programme are both fine.
