Tumbler wraps
We design custom tumbler wraps — full-colour sublimation PNG files for 20 oz skinny tumblers, 30 oz and 40 oz tapered tumblers, mugs and cups. Each wrap is sized to the blank you actually use, and tapered cups get a warped template so text and patterns stay straight once wrapped.
A tumbler wrap PNG only works if it matches your exact cup. We design tumbler wraps and sublimation cup wraps sized to your blank, with the seam, taper and handle gap already allowed for, so the design lines up the first time you press it.

Why blank size matters
Tumbler blanks vary by brand. A common 20 oz skinny straight tumbler template is about 9.3 by 8.2 inches, but your blank may measure differently. A wrap that is even a few millimetres short leaves a gap at the seam; one that is too long overlaps and blurs. Send us your blank’s circumference and printable height, or the brand, and we size the wrap exactly.

A rectangular design wrapped around a tapered cup curves downward at the ends. Warping the artwork into an arch before printing cancels that out, so lettering looks straight on the finished tumbler.

20 oz and 40 oz tumbler wraps
The 20 oz skinny tumbler wrap and the 40 oz tumbler wrap are the two most requested sizes, but the measurements vary between brands. Send us the wrap template or the height and circumference of your blank, and we size the tumbler sublimation PNG to it, with a small bleed at the seam so no white gap shows.
Mug sublimation designs and coffee mug wraps
Coffee mug sublimation designs are set up for 11 oz and 15 oz mugs, with the main artwork placed so it faces the drinker or the viewer, whichever you prefer. We keep important details clear of the handle and the top and bottom rims, where sublimation fades.
Tumbler designs for laser engraving
If you engrave rather than sublimate, we can prepare the same artwork as a tumbler laser engraving design: a one-colour vector or a high-contrast PNG sized for your rotary attachment. Glass can engraving SVGs and water bottle engraving files follow the same process.

Do you design engraving wraps for stainless tumblers?
Yes. Laser-engraved tumblers need a black-and-white design rather than a full-colour PNG. See laser engraving files by material.
Can you make the same design for several sizes?
Yes. We can resize one design to each blank you stock.
Is the wrap mirrored?
No. Mirror it once in your print software.
Do you make tapered tumbler wraps?
Yes. Tapered tumblers need a curved, warped template, and we build the design to that shape so it sits straight on the cup.
Can I add a different name to each tumbler?
Yes. We supply a template with an editable text layer, or a set of finished files if you send the names.
