Sublimation designs
We create custom sublimation designs as print-ready, high-resolution PNG files — for T-shirts, tumblers, mugs, blankets, pillows, coasters, mouse pads, keychains and phone cases. Every design is built in full colour at the right size and resolution for your blank, so it prints sharp and transfers cleanly.
Our sublimation designs are full-colour PNG files made at the correct size and resolution for shirts, tumblers, mugs and gifts. Each sublimation design PNG is checked for colour, bleed and background, so it presses the way it looks on screen.

What makes a good sublimation file
- 300 DPI at the actual print size — enlarging a small image later makes it blurry
- Transparent background for shirts, or full bleed for wraps and all-over prints
- Rich, saturated colour, because sublimation inks look softer on fabric than on screen
- No white areas expected to print — sublimation has no white ink, so white shows the colour of the blank
- Text and fine detail kept a safe distance from seams and edges
We deliver files unmirrored. Most sublimation printers and software mirror at print time — mirror once, not twice.

Sublimation PNG files and sublimation print files
A good sublimation PNG is 300 DPI at the final print size, in RGB, with a transparent background where the design should not print. We prepare sublimation print files to the exact template of your blank, add bleed where the design wraps an edge, and flatten effects that sublimation printers misread. High resolution sublimation PNGs and transparent sublimation PNGs are standard on every order.

Sublimation templates and seasonal artwork
We also make sublimation templates you can reuse, such as a tumbler template with a name area or a shirt template with a replaceable quote. Seasonal sublimation clipart, sublimation graphics and gift designs for Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and birthdays can be designed to order. Ready-made sublimation bundles are being built and will appear here when they launch.
Common questions
Can you sublimate on a black shirt?
Not directly — sublimation ink is transparent and needs a white or light polyester surface. For dark cotton, DTF is the better choice, and we prepare files for that too.
Do you sell ready-made sublimation bundles?
A library of ready-made designs is being built. Right now every design is made to order and sized for your item.
Can I sell products printed with the design?
Custom designs made for you are yours to use, including on products you sell.
Can sublimation work on cotton shirts?
Not directly. Sublimation needs polyester or a poly coating. For cotton, the same artwork can be prepared for DTF instead.
Why do my sublimation colours look dull?
Usually it’s the colour profile, the paper or the press settings. We supply files in the colour space your printer expects and can advise on test prints.
