Volume pricing
Price per piece falls sharply with quantity. A 3 inch embroidered patch is $3.95 each at 50 pieces, $1.60 at 300 and $1.05 at 1,000. The smallest size reaches $0.75 at 1,000 pieces.

Consistency across a big run
On a large order the question is not whether one patch looks right. It is whether the thousandth matches the first. Every run is made from the one approved proof, with the same thread colours and the same machine file. Thread colours are matched as closely as thread allows. Custom Pantone matching is available on request.

- You approve and pay the 50% deposit. Standard production is 10–12 business days, or 5–7 on rush at no extra charge
- The balance is due before dispatch. Shipping is free and tracked, usually 3–7 business days in transit

What we guarantee on every order
These are the terms every order is made under — the same ones written in our order terms, not a sales promise.
- Free proof, usually the same working day. It shows size, thread colours, border and backing.
- Unlimited free changes. Ask for as many proof revisions as you need.
- Nothing is made until you approve it in writing. You can cancel free of charge at any point before approval.
- Remade at our cost if it does not match the proof. Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we cover the remake and the return shipping on our errors.
- No setup or digitizing fees. Redrawing and digitizing your artwork is part of the price.
- Free tracked shipping worldwide.
Honest limits: thread is matched as closely as thread allows, so a small shift against a printed Pantone chip is normal, and very fine detail is flagged on the proof before you approve it.
Common questions
What is the minimum order for wholesale patches?
50 pieces per design. Wholesale pricing is simply the volume grid, so the per-piece price falls as you order more.
Can I split one order across several designs?
Yes, but each design is priced on its own quantity. Two designs of 500 are priced at the 500 rate, not the 1,000 rate.
Do you do runs above 1,000 pieces?
Yes, up to 10,000 pieces per design. Those are quoted individually.
Can you make wholesale leather hat patches?
