Report a correction to The Patch Reference. If a figure is wrong, or a regulation has changed since a page was checked, it will be fixed and re-dated.
This site publishes measurements, and measurements go out of date. Pages carry the date they were last checked so that you can see how old a figure is before you rely on it.

What helps when reporting a correction
Name the page, quote the figure you think is wrong, and give the source that says otherwise. A publication and a date is enough; a link to the current edition is better.
Corrections that cite a checkable source are made quickly. Where a claim cannot be verified against a current publication, the page will say that it could not be verified rather than quietly adopting a number that looks plausible — which is the same standard the rest of the site is held to.
What this site cannot help with
Orders from the previous business. This domain previously belonged to an unrelated embroidery business that closed in 2025. There is no access to its orders, accounts, customer records or files, and nothing here can be used to recover them.
Rulings on regulated placement. The placement guides quote their governing publication and the date it was checked so that you can verify the current edition yourself. No page here supersedes a current regulation, and none should be relied on in place of one.
Identifying or valuing a specific patch. The guide on reading a patch’s construction sets out what the object itself can tell you. Attribution and valuation are collector questions rather than reference ones.

The Patch Reference is operated by Threads Punching, which makes custom patches and digitises artwork for embroidery. Quotes, artwork and production questions are better sent to Threads Punching directly than through this address.
