How a custom scarf is made
The design is knitted into the fabric on a knitting machine, with each colour carried as its own yarn. Scarves can be knitted single layer or double layer; a double-layer scarf is warmer and the design reads cleanly on both faces. Small text and fine detail are simplified so they stay readable in knit, and the proof shows exactly how your scarf will look.
